It’s Sunday and you know what that means: new Bikery cookies! After we sold out of the Prometheus cookies last week, we decided to get a little crazy. This week’s cookie is:
THE GOLDENEYE.
This is everything a cookie should be. It’s crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside. It’s peanut-buttery, chocolatey, AND vanilla-y because THERE IS A DOUBLE STUF GOLDEN OREO IN THERE. 007.
BOOM.
These babies are $3 for 2 and $8 for 6. If you’ve missed last week’s post, here’s the deal:
- We are a biking bakery. We make the treats, you order them, we bike them to you at your home or workplace in Minneapolis. It’s beautiful.
- Since we’re just a coupla kids with jobs and whatnot, we don’t have the man power or time to deliver absolutely anywhere. Here are the neighborhoods we will deliver to: Calhoun-Isles, Central, Longfellow, Northeast, Phillips, Powderhorn, and University.
To order, email us at thebikerympls@gmail.com. Please include your full name, an address of either your home or place of business, a phone number we can call you at when we arrive, how many cookies you would like, and at least 12 hours notice. Also, give us a 3-hour window between 10am and 6pm to deliver.
