Remember this? Well, after our test run at Northern Spark and somewhere between a little and a lot of planning, we are officially opening The Bikery. Basically, The Bikery is a biking bakery. We make the best cookies ever, you order them, and we bike them to you in Minneapolis.

Details:

-Every Sunday we will make two kinds of cookies: one normal recipe, one vegan. They won’t be your normal cookies either, they’ll be something like this:

-Check back this Sunday for the two kinds of cookies you can order and info about pricing. Unlike other specialty bakeries and smaller businesses, these cookies won’t be ridiculously expensive. We love cookies and we want to share them.

-To order, you can email us at TheBikeryMPLS@gmail.com. We will be able to deliver them on Sundays after we make them, and then Monday to Thursday anytime from 9am to sunset. When you order you will need to specify a 3-hour window in which we can bring them to you (whether it be your house or workplace in Minneapolis), because we are real people with real jobs.

We can’t wait to bring this to Minneapolis. We’ll need your help. Get ready to order some amazing cookies this Sunday.
